By accessing and using the AntalYacht Tours website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

2.3. Full payment is required before the commencement of your tour.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

3.2. Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.

3.3. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

3.4. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Safety and Conduct

4.1. Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the crew at all times.

4.2. AntalYacht Tours reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner.

4.3. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Liability Limitations

5.1. AntalYacht Tours is not responsible for personal belongings or items left on board.

5.2. Participation in water activities is at your own risk.

5.3. We assume no liability for injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence on the part of the passenger.

6. Photography

6.1. AntalYacht Tours may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes.

6.2. By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use these images in our marketing materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
